Return Policy

SHIPMENT

Standard shipping on domestic orders - please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and 3-5 days to ship. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your BELLAMY BREWSTER STUDIO purchase for any reason we will offer you a return and refund within 14 days of purchase.

The following restrictions apply:

• Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All used or opened items will not be subject to a refund.
• All products made to order are non-returnable unless they show visible and unexpected defects. Return requests must be sent within 7 days of receipt.

TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin the return process, please contact the consumer service team to request a return label. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. You may drop your package at any ups location.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your refund.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

BELLAMY BREWSTER STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been issued. However, if your order is lost or stolen please email the order number and name on the order to studio@bellamybrewster.com. We will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
